Mark your calendars for Halloween weekend in Ruidoso if you’re ready for some Halloween fun. The Village of Ruidoso’s Parks and Recreation department is hosting two nights of haunted drive-bys followed by your favorite classic Halloween movies, drive-in style. Events will be held on Friday, October 30, and Saturday, October 31 at Village Hall (Haunted Drive By) and White Mountain Recreational Complex (Drive In Movies).

This community activity is a great way to implement safe COVID practices and still have a great time with a trick-or-treating alternative. Guests will enjoy candy and giveaways throughout the weekend. The event is free to attend, but reservations are required, as there are only 120 spots available each day.

Both Friday and Saturday evening, the haunted drive-thru portion at Village Hall will begin letting cars in at 5:30 PM. At 9:00 PM on Friday at White Mountain Recreational Complex, Beetlejuice will be playing, while Hocus Pocus is slated to play on Saturday night.
