2018 Holiday Happenings in Ruidoso!

A compilation of everything that is happening in Ruidoso this holiday season!

Hope y’all have your shopping list ready and calendar in hand…because it’s that time of year!

Time to dig the Christmas tree out of the basement…or load up the family in the soccer mom van and go pick out a fresh-cut one. Note: it’s illegal to cut a tree down in Lincoln National Forest, without a permit.

The holidays are a special time, especially in the mountains… and when it snows in the mountains… it just doesn’t get any better. There’s lots of fun to be had in the snow, from shredding down the Sierra Blanca trail at Ski Apache, to chillin’ with your buds in an igloo at Winter Park Play Area!

If you have that list handy, grab your besties and hit the shops in the village. Grab some grub at one of our many delectable diners. Then sit back and relax and watch The Nutcracker at Spencer Theater.

Whatever floats your marshmallow…you’ll find it here. You’re welcome!
