Yoga Studio

Their yoga studio is 1000 sq ft with eco-bamboo laminate floors and wall-to-wall windows overlooking the Rio Ruidoso. Beginners and all levels are welcome!

Their yoga classes honor you right where you’re at. While their classes range from challenging to basic, every class is taught with compassion and permission to take breaks, modify poses to allow for your body’s own limitations and freedoms, and most importantly honor exactly where you’re at today. Their mind-body-spirit fitness classes will leave you feeling refreshed and clear!
